Y-Pipe Locking Rings set is a very important safety upgrade for the Flyboard®. It case of heavy plastic bearing deterioration it prevents the separation of the Y-Pipe from the Leg. The red ring at the back, bolted to the nozzle, the only part holding them in place are the bearings. The Locking Rings would act as a safety measure when the bearings size have been worn down more than the red ring lower lip. 

The main cause to Plastic Bearing deterioration is the use of the Flyboard® in sandy shallow waters. This also causes major issues in the Personal Watercraft (Jet Ski) cooling system.
